The Atlanta United Divinity Center serves Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and United Church of Christ students who are enrolled in seminaries located throughout the greater Atlanta area. The Divinity Center exists to provide spiritual and ecclesiastical identity to Disciples and UCC seminarians, as well as to forge cooperative relationships among educational institutions which are not historically affiliated with these denominations.

In order to facilitate our primary mission, we offer on-going pastoral support, monthly fellowship meetings and meals, special workshops and seminars, and shared resources. The Divinity Center has established formal relationships with Candler School of Theology of Emory University, Columbia Theological Seminary, the Interdenominational Theological Center, and McAfee School of Theology of Mercer University.

Our vision is to be a worshipping and nurturing community, a support network which encourages, empowers, and enables seminarians to enhance their ministries in Jesus Christ. We express our ministry in Disciples of Christ and United Church of Christ traditions and ethos through ecclesiastical, academic, financial, emotional and spiritual resources, We seek to help seminarians to be focused students in partnership with local congregations and to establish a perpetual kinship among future leaders of the Church.
