Reference Instructions can be found here, please provide a copy to each person writing a reference on your behalf.

Reference Information

Please, make sure to use the same email for all four sections.

Pastoral Reference

Provide information for a reference from your Disciples Pastor (of no direct relation). This should be someone who can speak on behalf of your spiritual and leadership talents. In the case that your pastor is your parent, you must request a reference letter for another church minister or church leader who is not related to you.

Academic Reference

Provide information for a reference from a teacher at your current high school. This should be a teacher who knows you well and can speak on behalf of your academic accomplishments and talents.

Leadership Reference

Provide information for a reference from a work or volunteer supervisor, or from a church or community member. This should be a person who knows you well and can speak on behalf of your leadership abilities and community engagement.

Submit Section III

This completes the third portion of your application. If you have not completed Sections I and II, please remember that all sections must be completed by March 31, 2023, 11:59 PM EST for your application to be considered complete.
