Bethany Fellows serves congregations of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) by helping newly ordained, young pastors transition from seminary into sustained congregational ministry with a strong and healthy pastoral identity. The fellowship focuses on individual mentoring, peer accountability, practice of spiritual disciplines, and learning the best ministry practices with the help of pastors from healthy congregations.
