In the following form, you will find dues payment information. Reminder: Dues must be paid regardless of one’s attendance at the annual meeting.In the form, please select your ADTD Membership level based on your annual income. If you owe back dues, please contact us to reconcile and set up the appropriate amount. Remember, it is important that current and any back dues be paid prior to the time of the annual meeting.
